The Pull List: 10/6/2013
Must Read Comics for the Week of 10/6/2013
Afterlife With Archie #1
Publisher: Archie Comics
A zombie apocalypse is kickstarted in Riverdale and Sabrina the Teenage Witch tries to keep it contained.
Avengers Arena #16
Publisher: Marvel Comics
The tension is really ramping up with everyone quickly becoming friends and realizing that only one of them will be able to leave alive. Plus, we catch up with 2 character who found their way into Arcade’s lair. I’m guessing Apex and Death Locket.
Batman #24
Publisher: DC Comics
After that stupid month off, Snyder can get back to his Zero Year story, a story I haven’t really cared for until recently when the Red Hood Gang and now Riddler captured my attention. But don’t worry about the missing month. This one is double-sized.
Coffin Hill #1
Publisher: DC Comics
After a night of sex, drugs, and witchcraft, a New England local finds herself dealing with a curse going back to the Salem Witch Trials
Cryptozoic Man #1
Publisher: Dynamite Entertainment
Pitched by Stan Lee on AMC’s Comic Book Men, some of those comic book men run with the ball creating this new book about a middle aged man looking for his daughter who went missing during a camping trip in Bigfoot company while a slasher in a pig mask is on the loose and he gets abducted by aliens. If you look closely you’ll see the kitchen sink.
Deadpool #18
Publisher: Marvel Comics
Deadpool is one of my favorite characters. This series has been mostly good, but this is an essential Deadpool story that teams him up with former Weapon Plus guinea pigs Captain America and Wolverine.
Forever Evil Arkham War #1 (of 6)
Publisher: DC Comics
With the Justice League gone and the Crime Syndicate in power, the doors to Arkham Asyum and Blackgate Prison are thrown open as the inmates of both converge on a Bat-less Gotham City.
Green Lantern Corps #24
Publisher: DC Comics
This new villain Relic is major bad news. He is a scientist from the universe that existed before the canon DC’s. He believes that the universe is destroyed when the reservoir of the emotional spectrum is spent. So he targets all the Lantern Corps before the use up all the energy and damn the new universe.
The Walking Dead #115
Publisher: Image Comics
Rick vs Negan, just in time to celebrate the book’s 10th anniversary

I love these posts. You remind me to pick up titles that I would normally overlook. Thanks!
